BADGE APPLICATIONS

Below, find applications for the different types of San Francisco Flower Mart "Badges". The fee for 2012 Badge is $90.00. The appropriate application will need to be filled out and sent with the required documents and fees for processing to:

Please Note: BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED. BADGES MUST BE PICKED UP DURING BADGE OFFICE HOURS:

6:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon - Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays
7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon - Tuesdays and Thursdays

PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING

NON-TAXABLE BADGE: For businesses actively reselling product to a consumer and collecting sales tax on the product, you may apply for a "Non-Taxable Retailer's" Badge.

TAXABLE BADGE: For businesses and organizations using the product for display purposes, not actively reselling the product, you may apply for a Taxable-Buyer's Badge.

BADGE RENEWAL: You are renewing a badge only if you have a year 2011 San Francisco Flower Mart "Badge". If you do not have a 2011 San Francisco Flower Mart "Badge", you will need to apply for a new "Badge".  The fee is $75.00
